Beautiful memories and discerning words. Bretagne! Because we waited for the sun to set. Because we slowly massaged the blue from the leaves amidst sharing talking and waiting. Because we savoured our food and our time without rushing. The slowness made the time we spent together long lasting and precious. And the blue skies reflected the hidden treasures of indigo. My heart is full of your teaching and guide into the Blue. Thank you
Thank you for the kind words, Edwina…my heart has been filled by this week too, so much so that Claire and I have been dreaming up a return (tentatively May 2026 if all goes well) 💙
Thanks for triggering so many beautiful memories of Tréogat and that week years ago. Glorious then, and I can see it's just as glorious now. Safe travels for the next oh, so glorious place. 🖤
I would have been defeated almost immediately, trying to lug something like that on the train(s) to my next port of call, so I’m glad that I was sensible for once 😉
So much to love in this post--the rainbow bubbles on seaweed, the way the water in that video reminds me of the waters of the Pacific on my Oregon coast, and the unwrapping of the watercolors. I yearn for those--and I haven't touched watercolors in years. Lovely, lovely post.
Love the ritual of opening your watercolours box, and rainbow bubbles hidden in the foam, and photos, writing and poem....... Too much to take in slowly, so for me in this post is like having 5 posts. I'll be coming back to it. Thank you for your generosity, and it does overwhelm me, but I have a solution for it, keep coming back until is 'cooked'.

A week that again felt like just a weekend!
It felt the same to me also, even though we didn’t keep to usual “workshop hours”. There was just so much to be explored…💙

Thank you Danette, you might have felt your ears twitch during the week, as your name was mentioned (kindly!) once or twice 💙
Gosh that’s gone quickly! Beautiful photos… love those intense bubbles. And what restraint letting your prize make its way to Poland! 💙💙💙

Poetry in motion… the colours of life and a life well enjoyed. What a wonderful week it seems you had with like minded people.

Thank you.
India thank you for sharing your beautiful week. I loved the rainbows in the bubbles.

I miss the sea. Thank you🙏
I live too far from it ordinarily so have made the most of this week’s proximity 💙
I’ve enjoyed seeing your palette wake up! And I’m always glad when listening to you speak. xx
You are very kind. Thank you
